WATER WELL INSPECTIONS

Comprehensive Well Testing

Make sure your well is functioning reliably at top efficiency and safety with a proper well inspection. John Findorak & Son evaluate and perform diagnostic tests on each part of your water system while checking the well pump's integrity, drop cable, and offset wire, water storage tank, and any filtration/treatment.

We use the latest equipment, including a one-hour flow test using sonar equipment. If the wellhead is buried or otherwise inaccessible, a flow test will be administered via other techniques, although without sonar. The inspection lasts approximately two hours.

What’s Tested

Water samples are collected and delivered to a state-certified lab for analysis. The testing includes the following parameters: bacteria, physical, chemical, uranium, radon-in-water, and arsenic.

There are many other parameters to test, but this is currently the most common and cost-effective profile. We are happy to discuss testing for other contaminants should you have specific needs or concerns. Trust in that you'll receive a water analysis report promptly.

Don’t Let Your Well Water Catch You by Surprise

If you're hesitant if you need a well inspection, the answer is prevention goes a long way. Don't let an issue cost your stress and money in the future.

Many home inspectors do not perform a proper water system inspection. It's a specialty that a professional must be thoroughly trained to perform.

A water system inspection executes a one-hour test for flow and contaminants. Trust only licensed well drillers to inspect your property's well for a proper analysis.

We work with many new homeowners that realize that they need to replace pumps, tanks, and even new wells because they did not take that extra step or these issues were unnoticed by the generic home inspection.

By saving a little less than $1000 at the time of purchase, homeowners may spend from $2000+/- to $15,000+/- within a short time of new ownership to fix a well's problems. This cost range represents anything from a tank replacement to a pump replacement to an entirely new system that includes a well, pump, and tank.
